Please review the following terms and conditions carefully, as they contain important information about your booking, deposits, cancellations, and rescheduling policies for concert photography and wedding photography/videography services. By booking with us, you agree to abide by these terms.
 

1. Concert Photography Bookings

• Deposit: A non-refundable deposit is required to confirm your concert photography booking. This deposit secures the date and time agreed upon.

• Cancellations: All deposits for concert photography are non-refundable. Cancellations may result in forfeiture of the deposit.

• Rescheduling: We are happy to reschedule your booking to a different date, provided that we receive at least 24 hours' notice and have availability on the new requested date. Any rescheduling with less than 24 hours’ notice may be considered a cancellation and may result in the forfeiture of the deposit.
   

2. Wedding Photography/Videography Bookings

• Deposit: A non-refundable deposit of £300 is required to confirm your wedding photography or videography booking. This deposit secures your wedding date and is applied to the final balance.

• Cancellations: All deposits for wedding bookings are non-refundable. Should you need to cancel, you forfeit the deposit.

• Rescheduling: We offer a flexible rescheduling policy. If you need to reschedule your wedding date, please provide us with at least 4 weeks' notice. We will make every effort to accommodate your new date, provided we have availability. Requests to reschedule with less than 4 weeks’ notice may be treated as a cancellation and may result in the forfeiture of the deposit.
   

3. General Terms

• Payment Balance: The remaining balance for your photography or videography services is due in full by the agreed-upon date, as specified in your booking agreement.

• Availability: Rescheduling requests are subject to our availability. We recommend contacting us as early as possible to secure your new date.

• Changes to Terms: Blue Kid Media reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions without prior notice. The terms in effect at the time of your booking will apply.
   

4. Liability and Coverage

• Blue Kid Media is not liable for unforeseen events that prevent us from fulfilling your booking, such as severe weather, illness, or accidents. In such cases, we will make reasonable efforts to reschedule your booking or refund the deposit if a suitable alternative cannot be arranged.
